What type of gel should I use?

Use ultrasound gel, soothing gel, or aloe gel. Do not use it with oily products like creams or lotions, especially if you have oily skin or blemishes.

Can I use it with products other than gel?

lt can be used with non-collagen fabric mask packs. lf using essence, ampoule, or serum, let them absorb into the skin before applying gel for enhanced absorption of active ingredients.

Can I use a fast charger?

Use the included low-speed charger or a SV charger. The product does not support fast charging and using a fast charger may damage the product.

How long is the warranty period?

The warranty period of this product is two years.
